What does Ayurvedic Massage treat?
Well according to Ancient Ayurveda pretty well everything!
Ancient Ayurvedic texts teach that the best way to bring joy and happiness to someone is not to discuss their problems with them but to give Abhyanaga and by doing so their problems will simply melt away!
The process of oiling the body is referred to as Snehana, the ancient Sanskrit word “Sneha” means compassion and “Snehi” refers to a loving friend. Thus Ayurveda recommends regular oil massage to cultivate love within us by unfolding the healing qualities innate to the human body.
